Using Your Online Tools

Our site

Our site at www.horizonblue.com makes managing your funds and account settings easy. This site is mobile-friendly, meaning you can use it on your phone or tablet as well as a computer.

To sign up online

A few days after you've enrolled, you’ll receive a welcome packet in the mail that includes a verification form and your spending account identification number, or "SA ID", which you can use to create a profile at www.horizonblue.com.

To register:
  1. Sign in at www.horizonblue.com and click My Accounts. In the top right corner, click Horizon MyWay, and then go to your account.
  2. Click the New User? Register link

Our app

Download the Horizon MyWaymobile app. It's available in both the Apple and Google Play app stores and allows you to use your device's tools, like your camera or fingerprint reader, for more convenience. Please note that before you can access your account using our mobile app, you must sign up online.

If you don't remember your SA ID, you can call our Member Service line for assistance at 1-888-215-0025.
